Since the AGM, I have been spoken to by many people with ideas for how to improve Scottish Chess. There are a lot of good ideas out there that if discussed and realised, can be turned into sound practices and policies.

Here is a forum for trying it. If you have an idea, why not make a posting about it?

The rules are simple.

1. No flaming other people's idea's! Treat them with respect!
2. No silly ideas (for example, I think Andy should stop wearing shorts..)
3. Be constructive
