36th Annual Grangemouth Chess Congress
(a Chessbase Grand Prix event)
Grangemouth Town Hall, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September 2009
Junior Tournament (tournament 5A) Sat 5th Entry Fee: £4
(Open to any junior with a grade below 1000) CS members £3
Junior Tournament (tournament 5B) Sat 5th Entry Fee: £4
(Open to any Primary child with a grade below 600) CS members £3
Junior Tournament (tournament 6A) Sun 6th Entry Fee: £4
(Open to any junior with a grade below 1000) CS members £3
Junior Tournament (tournament 6B) Sun 6th Entry Fee: £4
(Open to any Primary child with a grade below 600) CS members £3
Entrants wishing to play in both tournaments, there is a combined entry fee of £6 (CS members £4).
Tournaments Nos. 5 (A & B). and 6 (A & B). (are one day events) will start at 10.00 am. & finish approximately 4pm. We hope to have some coaching available afterwards for those that wish to stay on later or are waiting for someone in the main tournaments. The number of rounds will depend on entries, as will prizes. There will be age prizes.
