Our sincere thanks are to due to the Busby Hotel for their cooperative and businesslike attitude for the West of Scotland Event.

Further thanks to the Busby for allowing the East Kilbride club to use one of their rooms for an ad hoc summer time chess club - for all abillities and not just for East Kilbride members - which has run very successfully over the past 6 weeks.

Phil,

I would second those words of thanks for the Hotel.

And I would point out the sessions are continuing through July until around Mid August and that Juniors & Adults alike are welcome to come along to these free sessions for some games or some coaching;

Every Tuesday
1845 - 2030 hrs for Juniors
1845 - 2200 hrs for Adults ( adults can drop in at any time)

Analysis of recent games on the demo board has been very very educational.

Best Regards
