Hello!
Just wondering. Junior Chess in Scotland receives funding; for events, training and so forth. I am wondering, and presuming, that there are conditions which must be fufilled to receive monies. Targets that must be met, events that must be ran? I don't know who would be the right person to ask individually so i open it up for discussion.
Monies raised, what purposes are they promoted under? I.e. We will try to achieve *target* or provide *something* in return for *£x*
Is monies gained on condition of events being ran, if so which ones? If they were not ran what sort of impact would this have on financial investment?
What sort of targets does CS have for chess and junior chess in Scotland?
Maybe there are other questions, it was just something i wondered. I'd be really interested to know if anyone has an inkling, or experience or even thoughts on the matter.
Thanks Lyns |
