|
|
Abbey Books, in the West end of Paisley have a sale of second-hand chess books on at the moment.
It was advertised as 180 books, with the sale starting last Saturday 2nd April.
It is now less than 170 books, after my visit today
website: www.abbeybookspaisley.co.uk
Apologies to Peter Woods for advertising the competition, but judging by the stickers inside some of the books, many have already been through his hands
The bookshop were a little vague on whose collection it was, "some-one from Glasgow working on a chess computing project". Most of the books are of 80s/90s vintage. _________________ Chess Club - the first rule of Chess Club is you don't talk about Chess Club. |
