Apologies Phil,

I've just seen your post enquiring if I'd prepared to do all the organising for Mureck next year.

Yes! I'd be happy to.

I would need 2 areas of assistance.

1. Contact details for all likely eligible players. Or at least those you have!

2. Willingness of CS officials to nominate those selected.

regards

Angus

Angus,

No problems with either of those. Suggest that I formally announce this arrangement at the agm. Tournament details for 2011 event, I predict, will get published in Spring 2011.

Typo corrected, we're talking about the 2011 event and not the 2012 event

Phil

If there are any other volunteers at the AGM then I will defer to them.

I do though think that the tournament is strong enough and well enough sponsored to warrant time and effort given to arranging a significant participation. I do understand that the 4 tournaments mentioned by Jacqui take an enormous amount of time and effort to organise.

There are many competent parents and older juniors out there though and I'm sure if requested they will help.

regards,
Angus
