Posts on this Notice Board are subject to, amongst other things, the Standards Code introduced at the last AGM.

(It would be useful to have a summary of the main points posted as a 'sticky' entry - for brevity, perhaps all the permanent "sticky" topics could be amalgamated into one ?).

I wish to make a serious post about psychiatry and to let people know the latest situation on my court case. Andy has deleted it in its entirety. I will come to some arrangement with Andy about which sentences can remain and which are removed so I can continue this discussion.

I agree with Andy here. I have contacted him about the post and advised of where the issue was. It is a serious issue that Andy wants to speak about and I have no issues with it being aired provided we stick to the guidelines as laid out by the standards committee.

I would ask people if they are going to comment on what Andy is posting, if they can at least read the articles he has linked to. I think the inital incident is something that has touched many of us here already, if not personally then through people they know.

For clarity, I had (and have) no idea what the original post was. The point I am making is that posts may be censored, where appropriate. (I have also no reason to think that Andy would censor posts capriciously - and no evidence has been offered to the contrary).

I didn't find the other Andy file, so I'll say it here:
I watched a terrible film "Changeling" made in 2008 - I hope you can see it sometime, Andy. It's about what happened in 1928-35, but it is still happening all over the 'civilised' world & it's awful & not easy to fight.
