I've now got an electronic copy of the consultants' report, which I can email to any Chess Scotland member who wants it - just write to me at president@chessscotland.com and I'll send it as soon as I can.

I'll try to arrange a members' meeting for some time in October so that the report and its recommendations can be debated (as promised at the CS AGM).
