Are non-members allowed to attend the AGM?

If so, are they allowed to speak?

Obviously they would not have a vote.

What is the capacity of the venue for the AGM?

Has any provision been made to be able to move the AGM to a larger venue if the number of people who want to attend is larger?

If not would members have priority over non-members or would it be first come first served?

I had a quick look in the constitution but couldn't see the answers to the first, second and fifth questions.

I appreciate these are unusual questions in connection with a CS AGM.

I probably can't afford to attend anyway - National Express have finished their promotion - but I thought I would ask before / while I look into how much the train would cost.

Answers

1. Yes they are, it is an open meeting
2. I personally have no problem with non-members speaking
3. That's correct, they would not have a vote
4. We have asked for a setup for 50. The room holds more
5. As above
6. I would be amazed if that ever happened. Members would have to take priority as they hold a vote but I'm sure we would find a way to work around it if it ever happened

If anyone is mailing me or asking me questions and there is a delay, I am currently on Holiday in Southern Germany. I will get back to you, depends on what I am doing and what internet access I can find Very Happy
