The Scotsman final was held today and after a hard struggle, with the last game finishing with less than 10 minutes left on the clocks, James Gillespies emerged winners to retain the title with a 2.5 - 1.5 ein.

Will post fuller report and games shortly.

Thanks to Dollar and everyone else involved in making this event happen over the years.

Nice report on the Scotsman Trophy. Link on CS front page.

Congratulations to James Gillespie's again on winning and retaining the trophy and also congrats to Dollar for a very strong season of Chess playing.

With the big turnout at the Primary Teams and some very strong players at the Primary Invidivual the future is looking bright.
