This years Scotsman Cup final (scottish school's team championship) is to be held at James Gillespies High on 4th June between JG and Dollar Acad. |

The Scotsman final was held today and after a hard struggle, with the last game finishing with less than 10 minutes left on the clocks, James Gillespies emerged winners to retain the title with a 2.5 - 1.5 ein.
Will post fuller report and games shortly.
Thanks to Dollar and everyone else involved in making this event happen over the years. |

Nice report on the Scotsman Trophy. Link on CS front page.
Congratulations to James Gillespie's again on winning and retaining the trophy and also congrats to Dollar for a very strong season of Chess playing.
With the big turnout at the Primary Teams and some very strong players at the Primary Invidivual the future is looking bright. |
