What is the significance of the 'FIDE' in the title?
Is the tournament to be FIDE-rated?

I would also like to mention that all proceeds from this event will go to support the PC Project UK.

http://www.pcprojectuk.org.uk/

Information from their Home Page

PC Project UK is a fund-raising project to develop and deliver
treatments for the painful incurable skin blistering disorders
pachyonychia congenita (PC) and the closely related condition
epidermolysis bullosa simplex (EBS).

These disorders affect children from early infancy, causing very painful skin blistering and thickening, which lasts throughout their lifetime.
