Dear chessfriends, Let us invite you most cordially to the 12th International Chess Festival OLOMOUC CHESS SUMMER 2009, which will take place in the city of Olomouc on 5.-13.8. 2009. Closed GM and IM tournaments, FIDE open, seniors tournament, active chess and blitz tournament are part of the festival. More detailed information should be found at http://www.czechtour.net/olomouc-chess-summer/regulations/. Downloadable regulations in English, German, Russian and Polish are available at the address http://www.czechtour.net/olomouc-chess-summer/. Furthermore we would like to invite you to the 6th International Chess Festival HIGHLANDS OPEN 2009, which will take place in the town of Zdar nad Sazavou on 26.9.-4.10. 2009.IM tournament, FIDE open, active chess and blitz tournament are part of the festival. More detailed information should be found at http://www.czechtour.net/highlands-open/regulations/. Both events are held within the frame of the 9th International Chess Festivals CZECH TOUR 2009/2010 Series.
