Also for 2009 the West of Scotland Championships include
The Girls National Championships
Trophies
Primary Girls 1st, 2nd, 3rd (additional prizes dependent on entry)
Secondary Girls 1st, 2nd, 3rd (additional prizes dependent on entry)

Format of the girls championships will be dependent on entry - if insufficient entries the Primary girls will play in W of S Primary section & likewise if insufficient entry for the Secondary girls they will play in W of S Secondary section. If this happens they will be elegible to win the cash prizes offered for these sections in addition to the girls champ trophies.

Also there is the opportunity for the top girl in the J9 & under age group & J11 & under age group to take up the free accommodation place offered by Euroyouth Italy 2009 (worth 500 EURO each) to take part in this years tournament (NB: flights are not included in this offer). The offer of places are dependent upon the parents being satisfied with the child welfare arrangements & additional costs.
