WinBoard can read FEN, so 8/5P2/2R5/2p1k2p/5p1P/5K2/2r1p3/8 w - - 0 1 would be properly displayed after "Paste Position From Clipboard".

Just drag WinBoard to one of it's smaller settings (about 2 inches wide is ideal, unless your initials are GC).
