CJ was not present for the entire championship. He did wear the T-shirt on the Friday, when he was present as a spectator.

My understanding of this was that Matthew was defaulted as he was not at his board. So a 5 minute default time. Ludicrous implementation of a ridiculous rule.

I seem to recall that previous motions have failed simply because the proposer was not present. Surely the solution to that would be that David got someone who would be present to be the proposer.
