I've just checked Amazon and there are some used copies for sale. Some of them at reasonable prices... Saw a BBC drama based on this around 20 years ago - like most Chess on TV it was a bit of a disappointment - but better than nothing. I haven't seen the book, just reviews, but you might get better value out of the book 'The Curse of Kirsan' by Sarah Hurst - this took me quite a while to read, with many things new to me, although the contents are slightly out of date. Chess.co.uk have it on sale at the moment.
