Day3
Clement is live as he goes for 3/3 - interesting position (but could be theory for all I know Confused )
Leora had a good battle that went to 41 moves but was bettered in the end game. Kiron and Captiva were out played.

Ali has got the first point on the board, dispatching her opponent to finish BEFORE Zak!! (Must be a first).

Have updated photos.

I don't think it's theory, although the Nd5 idea is common in similiar positions.

Clement must be better, f4-f5 ideas coming soon, still could go either way though.

Internet poor again.
Clement lost.
Rhian was winning when we left
Amy drew
Kai Lost
Kiron lost (Buy Bappa a beer time)
Jonny W. was winning
Jamie learnt so much today(lost)
Andrew also learnt lots but remains on 1 pt
Shivan turned a draw into a win - not often said recently.
Jonny S. had a neat tactic to win Knight for 2 pawns only to give back said Knight in gesture of good will. Held the draw.

Rhian has just returned and unfortunately the 'winning' report was inaccurate and the complicated position was not in her favour and she lost.

Jonny W. is a happy bunny with a nice win.

Stayed in hotel today so must wait for the returning troops for reports on the action at the front:-
Kai has drawn, as did Captiva & Helen in their game - after 40 moves or so.
Kiron has stopped learning and has won.

The rest day has come and gone and 'Red' Rocks is now well burnt.

The blitz knock-out final was between Jamie and Alan and won by the latter. The suprise that both myself and Bappa reached the second round against these sharks.

Today is going well with wins already by Jonny S. and Kiron. Draws by Kai, Peter and Zak. Peter's result was against a 1700 plus player!
